Sustanon is a blend of four different types of testosterone namely:
    30 mg Testosterone Propionate
    60 mg Testosterone Isocaproate
    60 mg Testosterone Phenylpropionate
    100 mg Testosterone Decanoate
Sustanon is the most long-acting variant of testosterone due to the presence of Testosterone Decanoate.
Sustanon is a good product for both a bulk cure, a cut cure or for a short-acting treatment (to be able to continue with sustanon at the end of the short-acting course).

Sustanon has a long half-life and is active in the human body for up to 21 days. Initial results can be expected after the first week by the propionate ester that already works after six hours.
Sustanon should be injected at least twice a week, because the short esters only work for up to 72 hours.
It is therefore advisable to dose at least 2ml (500mg) otherwise very few mg short esters are injected. At higher doses can also be injected several times per week.
Sustanon is only at its top in operation after six weeks and therefore it is recommended to take a minimum of twelve weeks with sustanon to sixteen weeks.
